After over 20 years of leading teams in sales and technology, I’ve always been driven by a passion for helping people not just meet but exceed their goals—both professionally and personally. However, as the years went by, the demands and pressures of corporate life began to take a toll. I experienced burnout, and alongside significant personal and health challenges, I realized it was time for a change. It was a pivotal moment where I needed to prioritize my well-being and reassess the direction of my career.

During this time of reflection, I came across Quality Mind Global (QMG), and what I discovered through Rich Maloney and his team resonated deeply with me. Their focus on mental well-being, performance enhancement, and personal growth aligned perfectly with my own values and interests. I saw an opportunity not just to reset my career but also to positively impact others.

Having grown up in a small, remote community in North West NSW, I’ve always had a strong connection to mentoring young people—especially those who may feel left behind or struggle to find their path in life. I understand the unique challenges faced by individuals in these communities, from limited resources to a lack of opportunities. With QMG’s cutting-edge tools and transformative platform, I saw the potential to build a business that could give back to these communities while providing me with a fulfilling career.

At Quality Mind, I found a way to channel my leadership experience into something more meaningful—helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential. The platform allows me to merge my passion for mentoring and my extensive experience in sales and technology to create a business that truly empowers people to take control of their mental well-being and achieve their goals. Through this journey, I’ve gained the flexibility to work in various regions, spend more time with family, and maintain a balance that I never had in the corporate world.
