Sean Jones: A Leader, Mentor, and Family Man

At the heart of my life are my two vibrant daughters and my loving wife. Their strength and individuality inspire me every day, and together, we cherish the simplicity and beauty of the country life and the great outdoors.

Professionally, I began my journey with a solid foundation in the trades. This hands-on experience was the bedrock upon which I built a career in management, eventually leading me to oversee a large multinational service business. My role has been diverse, guiding both technical and non-technical staff towards excellence.

Over the past 12 years, I’ve had the privilege of leading hundreds of tradespeople and managers. I take pride in mentoring staff to ascend to greater heights within our company and sometimes even beyond. The development of over 100 apprentices stands as a testament to our commitment to nurturing new talent.

My tenure has been marked by the successful negotiation of challenging contracts and making tough business decisions that have steered companies through the ever-changing tides of the industry.

Beyond my corporate responsibilities, my passion lies in coaching and supporting fellow parents, particularly fathers, who navigate the complexities of raising children with ASD. I am dedicated to helping them find a balance between advancing their careers and fostering a nurturing family environment.
